If you received your new product with damaged or missing items, please do NOT return it. Instead, follow the steps below and we’ll be happy to resolve any issues you may have.
NOTE: While we take every possible step to ensure that your product is delivered in pristine condition, sometimes unfortunate incidents can occur during the delivery process.
If you purchased your product though a reseller, please contact your reseller to get assistance with your issue,
If you purchased your item directly online, please follow these steps:
- Take pictures of the damaged items and/or the unpackaged product that show the nature of the issue and save them for Step 2.
- Click > Contact Us and fill out the “Share your experience with us” form. Upload your pictures using that form.
- Click “Submit” button
- We will contact you shortly after to resolve the issue, replace your product and make sure you are entirely satisfied with it. All you
